Burgas-based developer plans to build a campsite near Chernomorets
Siyon EOOD has an intention to allocate 15 places for campervans with wooden sheds plus 7 cottages
Camping tourism in Bulgaria is gaining popularity and we are witnessing more and more projects related to the construction of this type of accommodation.
The latest development comes from the Burgas company Siyon EOOD, which wants to build a campsite of cottages and places for campervans near the Atiya beach area, in the municipality of Chernomorets. This becomes clear from the company's investment proposal, uploaded to the website of Burgas Regional Environmental Agency (RIOSV-Burgas) at the end of July.
The future campsite
Initially, the investor intended to build a storage facility for small vessels and a campervan park, as well as an autonomous photovoltaic system.
The property owner subsequently changed his plans and now intends to set aside 15 campervan spots with wooden sheds; and 7 small cottages with a capacity of hosting up to 14 people. It is also planned to build a shared camping bathroom (2 bathrooms with two toilets), as well as an entrance checkpoint at the site.
The future campsite’s development will not include any construction. The developer specifies in his investment proposal that only mobile assembly objects will be used.
Siyon EOOD is a company that mainly deals with the production and design of furniture and joinery. The sole owner of the company's capital is Hristiyan Tanev Tanev. The company was registered in 2010 in the city of Burgas.
From the decision made by RIOSV-Burgas, it is clear that the terrain where the campsite is planned to be built does not fall into a protected area, nor does it contain any protected dunes.
