For three days this September, Stara Zagora will become a regional career center. Between the 11th and 13th of next month, the city of lime trees will bring together hundreds of young and experienced professionals looking for a new job and will connect them with established employers from the sustainable industries of the future.

The TOP JOBS Regional Career Forum – Stara Zagora will be held in a location emblematic of the city – the Zahari Knyazheski Regional Library. Participation in the career forum, organized by Brand Media Bulgaria, is free of charge, but requires prior registration at this link.

The event program includes discussions on the development of the labor market in Stara Zagora and the region in the context of social, energy, and digital transformation, as well as targeted sessions on entrepreneurship, talent retention policies, European opportunities for improving qualifications and skills, and more.

There will be motivational lectures with leading professionals from the cultural and sports sectors, as well as opportunities for individual career consultations with recruitment professionals and many surprises for those attending.

The TOP JOBS Forum – Stara Zagora is a key event for the future of work and the labor market in the region.

It will accelerate the adaptation process for those affected by the energy transition and reduce its negative consequences. This event will help people find the best employers and companies find the best candidates, even before the changes have fully taken place.

We expect over 500 participants on site and online. Among them will be people directly affected by the coal phase-out, young professionals at the beginning of their careers, and experienced professionals looking for a career change. Over 30 exhibitors will present various opportunities in sustainable industries. There will also be training institutions, local and European experts, HR specialists, and representatives of the non-governmental sector who will share their experience and vision for the future.
