Second Bulgarian company officially listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
From the springboard of Europe's largest stock exchange, Sirma Group Holding will seek international leadership in the software sector
The Bulgarian technology sector marked a historic achievement today after Sirma Group Holding AD was officially admitted to trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. With this, the company has successfully completed the complex process of dual listing, positioning itself simultaneously on the Bulgarian and the largest capital market in Europe. It becomes the second such company after Shelly Group.
An official announcement published on the x3news platform states that the company's shares have been admitted to trading under the symbol SIRM, effective February 20, 2026. The official gong-striking ceremony and the actual start of trading will take place on February 24 at the opening of the trading session in Frankfurt.
This successfully completes the process of dual listing of Sirma Group Holding AD shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange," the company said.
The strategic path to Europe
The dual listing plan was announced in May last year, and in October the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) gave the green light to the company's prospectus. Sirma is using the innovative EuroBridge segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – a joint project with German partners that gives local companies direct access to global investors.
Behind the listing on Europe's largest stock exchange are Sirma's strategic ambitions to establish itself as one of the most significant software leaders in Europe. The key to this large-scale expansion is the German market, whose potential the company plans to unlock through its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. With products already used in over 150 countries and a strong presence in key markets such as the US, the UK, and Scandinavia, the holding company aims to build on its global position through increased liquidity and international trust.
Following in the footsteps of success
Sirma becomes only the second Bulgarian company to achieve a direct dual listing on a regulated market abroad, following the successful model of Shelli Group. We would like to remind you that after its debut in Germany, Shelly achieved impressive growth, reaching a valuation of $1 billion and increased interest from international funds.
