A good business is recognized by its ability to add value and solve a certain problem. From a team perspective, a good business recognizes and rewards the contribution of its specialists to the end results.
The most important task of a financial manager is to interpret to the leadership team in an accessible language the financial results, how to analyse them, and what actions to take in order to achieve our goals.
The company is on the right track when it is managed by people with good communication and leadership skills and a clear vision for the future.
The subtle difference between managing your personal finances and those of the company lies in the responsibility that you take upon.
The effectiveness of an organization in its rapid growth is achieved through communication at all levels and well-structured processes that capture the specifics of the business.
The “golden” rule that I stick to: The path to growth and personal development is rooted in our constant desire to get out of our comfort zone.
My conversation with numbers is daily, fun and always different. Every time, they say something new, depending on the angle of view.
What remains behind the scenes in my work is my “intermediary” skills for constantly synchronizing all teams and departments.
When it comes to planning and budgeting, a good financier needs to be able to see the big picture and make the connection between the different components.
Accedia’s work through my perspective as a financier: A highly competitive technological environment in which you need to feel comfortable with the dynamics of work every day in order to be successful.
In order for your business to be competitive in this global world, you need to be flexible and add value to everything you do.
Bulgaria’s accession to the Eurozone is a normal step in our EU membership and a necessary change if we are to move forward. The challenge and relevance of the topic is rooted in the fears of people, generated by the inaccessible information about the practical effect of joining this monetary union.
I chose finance as my career development field, because ever since I was a child, I have loved working with money and saved my pocket money for “meaningful” things. I suppose those were the first signs that my strength would be in this area.
The biggest contribution to my professional development is my everyday work with bright, knowledgeable and capable people.
A myth about financial directors is that they are boring and closed-minded people, always thinking about numbers.
A quote that expresses my views well: A coin always has two sides.
Horse riding is my escape from the workday and my psychoanalyst.
Don’t miss to smile and enjoy the little things in life!
